The Rural Advisor, LLC operates business phone lines and answering services for small businesses. These terms cover the text messages sent by that service.
What we send
Transactional messages only: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and message relays you ask to have passed along. No marketing, no promotions.
How you opt in
You opt in verbally during a recorded phone call, when the assistant asks whether it may text your confirmation and reminder to your number. Your consent is logged with a timestamp and a reference to the call transcript. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency and fees
Message frequency varies with your activity — typically one to three messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; we will confirm your unsubscribe and send nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@theruraladvisor.com.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
